Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  We recommend you try the product inside on a soft floor to avoid marks on the sole.

Product shoe boxes should be returned in the condition they were received, within a suitable cardboard box similar or  the same  as they were received.

Please include your original order invoice and highlight the items being returned, with details of the required service (e.g. exchange size/style etc. or refund). Without these details we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Unless a product has been confirmed as faulty or there is an error in the original order processing, the customer is be responsible for paying the return postage

We recommend returns are sent via a tracked service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return reaches us. We can not issue refunds or offer replacements until the boots reach us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been amended, modified or repaired.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For exchanges where we do not have stock of the replacement item, we will make contact to offer alternative options.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
